Daniel Ryan

Daniel has worked non-stop in the entertainment industry. Shortly after graduating, he was cast in the musical, Man Of La Mancha performing alongside established names, Anthony Warlow and Caroline O'Connor. He since appeared in Saturday Night Fever The Musical, touring throughout Australia, Asia and New Zealand. In addition to his role as Kenny, Daniel covered 8 other separate roles including the leads, Joey and Frank Jnr. Daniel has since been a lead choreographer of FOX8’s The Singing Office, and Clare Bowditch film clip “You Looked So Good” as well as assistant choreographer and featured body double/dancer in the Mick Molloy film BOYTOWN.

Daniel has since re-focused his efforts to co-choreographing dance theatre shows with his partner Alfie Scalia for their own professional dance theatre company, Ignite The Dark and running DanceArts United Pty Ltd and the dance hub and performance space MELBOURNE DANCE CENTRE.

Recently Daniel Ryan with his partner became co-creatives/ choreographers with Anthony Street of Base Entertainment with the new touring production of ECLIPSE a dance and illusion spectacular.
